With 23 years experience at the BBC working across a wide range of genres,
Chris is well placed to help you avoid any possible pitfalls and ensure that your
sound post production runs smoothly. He also has experience of setting up
dubbing theatres from scratch, having specified three 5.1 capable theatres and
a 5.1 prep room and is fully conversant with 5.1 mixing and Dolby E encoding.
Chris has also given talks on 5.1 and Dolby E at Televisual and Broadcast
Video Expo. He was nominated for a BAFTA for his mixing on “Casualty” and
his sound editing on “The Choir”, and won a BAFTA for his dialogue editing on
“Screen Two “Loved Up””. With access to an additional team of sound mixers,
editors and designers, no job is too big or too small. Chris is also an expert
music editor having recorded and produced five classical choral CDs. In
addition he has a degree in music and is an experienced choral singer.
